Once lead is discovered, Lead Masters and provide options for containment or removal according to HUD and EPA standards.

If lead is discovered in renovation areas we will contain or remove affected portions to EPA standards
EPA RRP Reporting
IF a contractor chooses to contain or remove affected areas we provide accurate EPA RRP reporting so the contractor does not risk a substantial EPA fine. Alternately we also provide a report template on as a web form or phone app to ensure accurate data capture
HUD Inspections and Clearances
Once lead is found and cleared Lead Masters can perform the final inspection called a “Clearance”. This service ensures the renovated area is now safe to HUD and EPA standards.
